We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in maturing, scaling, and optimizing the codebase and processes of a rapidly growing product. You should have a passion for building products quickly, teaching, learning, and collaborating in a team environment. And most importantly, it should excite you to build tools that other developers will use.

In Short

Lead the technical design and implementation of projects.
Drive technical excellence and process improvements.
Leverage TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, Nest.js, React and DevCycle Feature Flags.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Support and troubleshoot the systems you build.
Stay up-to-date with modern JavaScript developments.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in full-stack JavaScript engineering.
Proficiency with TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
Experience with Feature Flags and automated testing tools.
Technical lead experience in deploying software projects.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot large-scale distributed systems.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Experience managing active incidents and establishing preventive systems.
Based in the US or Canada, working EST standard hours.
