Overview

We invite a Senior Business Analyst with proven Scrum and Agile expertise and a solid understanding of system integrations to join our team and help develop innovative fintech products for a leading payment processing solution provider serving over 275,000 U.S. businesses.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments
• Strong knowledge of Scrum practices and Scrum team collaboration
• Proven experience delivering projects involving integration between two complex systems
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and system integration principles
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
• Proficiency in requirements elicitation, refinement, and prioritization techniques
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
• Proactive and autonomous work style, flexibility, and adaptability
