We are searching for a visionary Lead Architect for Detecon to join our team in Košice, Slovakia. As the Lead Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technical direction of our projects and driving innovation within our organization.

In Short

• Design, develop, test, implement and support SAP components and applications.
• Build and develop concepts for automation, optimization, and standardization.
• Provide advice on technical aspects of products.
• Consult and implement new innovative technologies.
• Provide overall solutions in planning and implementing new products.
• Mentor and train co-workers.
• Act as key technical lead across related technologies.
• Research and develop in assigned technology.
• Plan and execute the replacement of SAP HCM.
• Collaborate with enterprise and data architects.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Information Technologies.
• 5 years of experience in SAP area.
• Field specific professional certification.
• Experience with SAP HCM, networking, and security.
• Advanced programming and virtualization skills.
• Experience with project and quality management.
• Leadership and mentoring skills.
• Proficient in English (C1); German is an advantage.
• Familiar with agile working methods (SAFe).
• Analytical thinking and communication skills.
