Data-driven UX Designer - Remote

Overview

This role is part of our Managed Services team based in the Netherlands. We combine our skills in developing future-ready technical solutions with our expertise in creating beautiful designs to deliver exceptional and engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients like Gant, Inter Milan, bol.com and Just Eat Takeaway.

In Short

• Use data, research, A/B testing, and analytics to identify opportunities in client platforms and products.
• Develop and present optimisation plans, hypotheses and experiments that drive business growth.
• Measure UX and CRO impact, report outcomes, and recommend next steps.
• Design UX features ready for development.
• Stay up-to-date with UX trends, eCommerce benchmarks and best practices.

Requirements

• Have a minimum of 5+ years of experience as UX designer at an e-commerce retail company or digital agency.
• Solid understanding of UX design principles, customer behavior analysis, and experimentation methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Optimizely, or similar.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Shopify is a strong plus.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple projects and client expectations simultaneously.
• Can prove your expertise with a strong portfolio showcasing successful UX and CRO outcomes.
• Working proficiency in English.
• Direct availability to start working in the Netherlands.
