Join a newly established team developing smart solutions for analyzing and contextualizing communication channels (Email, Chat, Social Media, VoIP). You will work together on integrating and preparing these channels for modern AI-driven analyses.

In Short

Develop scalable backend components with Symfony
Implement cross-channel threading and contextual mechanisms
Integrate various communication channels (Email, Social Media, Chat, VoIP)
Work with synchronous and asynchronous interfaces
Experience with IMAP, SMTP, and REST APIs
Contribute to performant storage and search solutions with Elasticsearch
Engage in knowledge sharing and system architecture collaboration within the team

Requirements

Solid experience with Symfony and complex backends
Knowledge in communication protocols (Email, Chat, Social Media, VoIP, etc.)
Experience in threading, contextualization, and scalability
Familiarity with Elasticsearch and multi-tenant systems
Team spirit, accountability, and solution-oriented mindset
