Overview

The Senior Manager Tax for SMEs provides advisory services within our SME Accountancy & Advisory Tax practice to a diverse range of clients in the region, maintaining personal and close contact with these clients and effectively supporting them with their inquiries.

In Short

• Advise entrepreneurs and their businesses on tax matters.
• Provide advice on personal matters such as inheritance planning and business succession.
• Responsible for the accuracy of tax returns prepared for these clients.
• Guide restructuring processes and mergers and acquisitions.
• Collaborate within a team of accountants and tax specialists in the SME+ segment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience as an advisor in the tax return practice (optional experience with the tax authorities).
• A completed university degree in Tax Law or Tax Economics.
• A completed NOB education or the willingness to start this education.
• A broad tax knowledge and a practical approach.
• Strong social skills and enthusiasm are important for performing this role effectively.
• Ability to communicate formally and informally.
• Good teamwork skills and the ability to be a self-starter.
