• Experience with Intune and SCCM.
• Skills in M365 Administration and Microsoft Security Center.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot end-user devices.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 support rotation.
• Certifications in relevant technologies are desirable.
