The company is a leading supplier in the manufacturing industry based in Zurich, seeking a motivated and dynamic Electrical Engineering Customer Advisor due to succession planning.

In Short

• Support and acquisition of industrial customers (production companies)
• Planning and tracking of budget goals in collaboration with the sales manager
• Customer consulting and networking at various trade fairs and conferences
• Market and competition observation
• Regional responsibility in collaboration with the internal sales team
• Development of new product solutions in collaboration with purchasing and suppliers
• Reporting and maintaining customer management in CRM

Requirements

• A technical basic education, preferably as an electrical installer or automation technician
• A completed further education as a technical merchant or similar
• Experience in project business
• Several years of experience in the industry, preferably in technical sales
• Large network with key contacts in the regional industry
• German as a native language, English is a plus
• Understanding of customer processes and affinity for eCommerce
• Sales talent, team spirit, self-discipline, fighting spirit, and initiative
• Desire for a long-term collaboration
