As a Remote Non-QM Underwriter at Deephaven Mortgage, you will evaluate mortgage loan applications outside traditional guidelines, ensuring compliance and assessing borrower risk to facilitate homeownership.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of non-QM guidelines and risk layering.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• High-volume underwriting background preferred.
• Ability to independently review and clear documentation.
