DeepAdvisor was founded in 2023. Our two founders have over 20 years of experience in various leadership positions in B2B software companies and consulting firms, such as McKinsey.

Our software solution enables our B2B clients in the field of Generative AI to have easy and secure access to all LLM providers and their AI models. Our library of predefined AI use cases ensures that generative AI with DeepAdvisor is immediately ready for experts and their business processes in the company. The DeepAdvisor software platform contains all the functions necessary for the development, testing, and integration of business applications into operational processes in the company, without programming knowledge (Rapid Prototyping).

To support our founding team in Würzburg, we are looking for a freelancer for the area of (preparatory) accounting as soon as possible.

In Short

• Responsible for accounts receivable accounting
• Invoicing and accounts payable accounting
• Document management, account assignment with Lexware accounting software
• Preparatory accounting for the tax advisor
• Interface to the tax advisor
• Travel expense accounting and recording

Requirements

• Relevant practical experience in accounts payable and receivable accounting
• Comprehensive knowledge in the financial sector
• Reliable, independent, and careful working style
• Experience with Lexware accounting software and collaboration with a tax advisor
• Experience in establishing and structuring accounting in a small or newly founded company
• German language skills at C level in spoken and written
