Senior Tax Accountant I (EMEA) - Remote

Overview

The Senior Tax Accountant I will ensure global tax compliance and accurate financial reporting across multiple jurisdictions.

In Short

• Review complex income tax returns for various jurisdictions.
• Calculate and analyze the Company's global and regional Effective Tax Rate (ETR).
• Perform detailed reconciliations of tax accounts.
• Assist in improving tax accounting processes.
• Support management of direct and indirect tax compliance.
• Contribute to monitoring the Group’s tax policy.
• Research and monitor new tax laws and developments.
• Work closely with outside tax advisors and auditors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Taxation, Accounting or Finance.
• CPA certification or equivalent strongly preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in corporate tax accounting.
• Experience in preparing complex tax returns.
• Understanding of relevant tax laws and accounting principles.
• Proactive communicator with the ability to articulate complex tax concepts.
• Highly analytical and efficient problem-solver.
• Proficient in MS Office and tax preparation software.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
• Able to work in a team environment and establish positive relationships.
