Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Deel, you will play a crucial role in breaking into new accounts and fostering relationships with multiple contacts within our target customer segments.

• Drive Deel's growth through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts.

Requirements

• Based in Taiwan or China.
• Native level Mandarin.
• 2-3 years of experience in a sales development role.
• Comfortable with cold calling.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Proven track record of achieving targets.
