Overview

As an Immigration Specialist at Deel, you will oversee all aspects of the US immigration process, providing industry-leading service to clients by offering timely and clear immigration support.

• Oversee US immigration processes for clients.
• Prepare and file petitions for various visa types.
• Provide consular support for immigrant and non-immigrant visa applications.
• Monitor individual case pipelines to meet production targets.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding their cases.
• Provide feedback for process improvements.

• Collaborate with the Immigration Specialist Manager.
• Continuously learn new case types.

Requirements

• 5+ years of business immigration experience.
• 1+ year of experience in a law firm or corporate setting.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Client service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Notion, and Slack is a plus.
• Ability to work independently.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to adapt to changing situations.
