Financial Controller - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Financial Controller to oversee and enhance financial operations across multiple international entities.

In Short

• Oversee and develop all financial activities for entities in multiple countries.
• Lead accounting operations, including financial reporting and tax compliance.
• Drive process improvements to enhance financial operations.
• Manage all aspects of inventory accounting.
• Perform lease classification testing under ASC 842.
• Prepare and manage ledger entries for payroll and tax benefits.
• Develop a small global team of Finance Managers.
• Reconcile all balance sheet accounts.
• Monitor day-to-day financial transactions.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax submissions.

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant: ACCA/CPA or local equivalent is mandatory.
• Minimum of 5+ years as an accountant in high-tech companies.
• Deep understanding of US GAAP.
• Experience managing a global team.
• Knowledge of Lease accounting and Inventory is essential.
• Experience in a Regulated Company is highly desirable.
• Significant experience working in a global environment.
• Strong Excel and office skills for data analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
