Overview

The Customer Service Assistant at DuPont will support the Customer Service Teams in delivering positive customer experiences while managing various tasks within a dynamic and competitive environment.

• Assist Customer Service Representatives in achieving business results.

• Previous customer service experience is desirable.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce applications, and SharePoint.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills and literacy.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in Sales to Cash process is preferred.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to handle customer service tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of audit processes related to customer service.
• Strong organizational skills.
