Requirements

• Native/fluent in Danish (C2) and fluent in English (minimum B2).
• Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of customer service principles.
• Ability to handle technical inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
• Ability to quickly learn new software and technologies.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
