Overview

This role is focused on providing legal guidance for a leading neobank, particularly in the areas of consumer finance products and regulatory compliance.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop payment-related products.
• Advise on strategic transactions with fintech and e-commerce partners.

Requirements

• 7+ years of legal experience in consumer financial services or fintech.
• J.D. degree and state bar membership in good standing.
• Expertise in payments and banking industry regulations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and self-starting with a team-player mindset.
• Ability to assess legal risk and provide practical advice.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for tackling legal challenges.
