Electrical Design Engineer - Remote

Overview

Davenergy Solutions is currently seeking a full-time Electrical Design Engineer to support electrical engineering and design services for healthcare infrastructure projects, primarily focused on healthcare facilities.

In Short

• Produce electrical design layouts and construction documents for healthcare facilities.
• Perform electrical feasibility studies, load calculations, and power system analyses.
• Design low- and medium-voltage electrical distribution systems.
• Develop and review electrical one-line diagrams and specifications.
• Conduct site surveys for renovation and retrofit projects.
• Perform arc flash studies and electrical system coordination analyses.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary design teams.
• Provide construction-phase engineering support.
• Review work for code compliance.
• Stamp and seal electrical construction documents as a licensed Professional Engineer.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Active Electrical Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
• Experience designing electrical systems in healthcare environments.
• Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems.
• Proficiency with engineering design software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
