Overview

As a Sr. Marketing Platform Operations Manager, you'll be the linchpin of our marketing technology infrastructure, directly reporting to the Director, Marketing Operations. You'll blend strategic system and process design with hands-on technical implementation and a relentless pursuit of AI technology to drive operational efficiency.

In Short

• Manage and fine-tune marketing technology setup, including Marketo and Salesforce.
• Streamline workflows and optimize data across the customer journey.
• Establish and enforce marketing system standards and procedures.
• Continuously enhance marketing practices by implementing AI technology.
• Document system and data processes for knowledge sharing.
• Provide training on marketing operational processes to team members.
• Design processes to identify and route qualified buying groups.
• Monitor and resolve synchronization issues between Marketo and Salesforce.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in marketing platform operations.
• Strong understanding of GTM tools like Marketo and Salesforce.
• Familiarity with complex lifecycle processes and workflows.
• Analytical skills to identify technical and operational issues.
• Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
