Overview

We’re on the hunt for a digital marketing-savvy recruiter to join Darkroom’s fast-growing team! As the third member of our recruitment squad, you’ll collaborate with the People Operations Manager and Senior Recruiter to attract top talent across teams critical to our success: Email Marketing, Marketplaces, Paid Media, Strategy, and E-commerce.

In Short

• Own full-cycle recruitment for digital marketing roles.
• Act as recruitment ambassador in the Portuguese market.
• Collaborate to create tailored recruitment briefs and job descriptions.
• Leverage personal network to source top-tier candidates.
• Utilize diverse sourcing channels for high-quality talent.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Manage and maintain ATS for accurate tracking and reporting.
• Support onboarding of new hires into the global HR platform.
• Assist in achieving diversity goals in recruitment.
• Share insights on recruiting strategies to optimize hiring outcomes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience focused on digital marketing roles.
• Expertise in hiring performance marketers and PPC specialists.
• Experience recruiting in the Portuguese and/or Spanish markets.
• Extensive personal network in the Portuguese market.
• Familiarity with marketing agency environments is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and HR tools.
