Senior Mechanical & Robotics Technician - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Mechanical & Robotics Technician at JLL, you will lead service technicians in the installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment, while supporting the Operations Maintenance team in designing solutions for complex problems.

In Short

• Lead service technicians in equipment installation and repair.
• Design solutions for complex maintenance issues.
• Train and mentor service and contract technicians.
• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems.
• Audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Manage work orders and maintenance data.
• Develop training and work plans for technicians.
• Promote a safe working environment.
• Travel up to 20% as required.
• Work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office.
• 5+ years of experience with automated conveyors and controls.
• 5+ years of experience with electrical principles and industrial electronics.
• 5+ years of experience in preventative maintenance.
• 5+ years of experience reading blueprints and schematics.
• 5+ years of experience with PLC programs.
• 3+ years of work order management experience.
• Previous leadership and vendor management experience.
• Experience with robotic maintenance and Material Handling Equipment safety standards.
