You will be joining a strong and mission driven team, working to build a customer facing product that fundamentally changes the way insurers evaluate risk, enabling them to move from highly manual workflows to digital risk flows.

In Short

• Part of the Customer Success Team, reporting to the Head of Delivery.
• Utilize stakeholder management experience to support customer engagement and growth.
• Manage resources both internally and externally to ensure successful deployments.
• Passionate about agile delivery.
• Ensure the team follows internal delivery best practices.
• Effectively communicate across technical and non-technical boundaries.
• Optimize team flow and build agile capabilities.
• Lead continual planning processes for post-launch support.
• Identify and rectify issues in team dynamics.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Agile project management.
• Experience in underwriting operations or insurance.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong understanding of technology in AI/Data Science products.
• Continuous learning mindset.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to write and speak Spanish and English.
