Intermediate Network Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Intermediate Network Analyst will assist in the configuration and deployment of various network devices and services, provide Level-1 support, and troubleshoot network issues.

In Short

• Assist in the configuration and deployment of network devices.
• Address field replacements and network service tickets.
• Assist in network maintenance and system upgrades.
• Provide Level-1 support and troubleshooting.
• Liaise with IT personnel for problem resolution.
• CCNA or related IT experience preferred.
• Good understanding of the OSI and TCP/IP models.
• Experience with Cisco switches (Catalyst).
• Familiarity with InfoBlox IPAM and Solarwinds NPM.
• Knowledge of network cabling (ethernet and fiber).
