Overview

We are looking for a Team Leader for Identity & Access Management with a strong technical background and leadership skills to manage and develop IAM services for over 35,000 users.

In Short

Lead a team of 15 specialists in IAM, flexible working arrangements (remote, hybrid, or on-site).
Ensure stable and secure operations of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, One Identity IAM, and PKI solutions.
Continuously develop and optimize IAM services in collaboration with internal experts.
Collaborate with sales teams to support specialized sales experts effectively.
Participate in innovative customer projects from concept to implementation.
Plan and accompany audits according to ISO/IEC standards.
Implement and manage IAM policies and procedures for efficient access management.

Requirements

Technical expertise in IAM/PKI with leadership experience.
Solid IT education with relevant qualifications preferred.
In-depth knowledge in at least one IAM/PKI area; experience with Microsoft Entra ID and One Identity IAM is advantageous.
Strong organizational, prioritization, and strategic skills.
Solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
Ability to inspire the team through social competence and initiative.
