Overview

The Chief Product Officer (CPO) is a key member of the executive team responsible for driving the company’s product vision, strategy, and execution across our managed detection & response (MDR) platform and services.

In Short

• Define and own the long-term product vision and roadmap.
• Anticipate emerging cyber threats and customer needs.
• Build and lead a high-performing product organization.
• Define market segmentation and pricing strategies.
• Serve as the external product evangelist.
• Understand customer pain points for user experience excellence.
• Define and track product success metrics.
• Partner with Finance to build product-level P&Ls.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales for go-to-market strategy.
• Instill data-driven decision making across teams.

Requirements

• 15+ years in product management or technology leadership.
• Deep understanding of MDR, SOC operations, and threat intelligence.
• Proven success in leading multi-product portfolios.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into customer outcomes.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required.
• MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
• Passionate about defending organizations from cyber threats.
• Strategic thinker comfortable in fast-paced environments.
