In Short

• Develop and implement Paid Media strategies, including campaign strategies, audience selection, and budget planning.
• Manage and monitor paid media budgets and provide forecasts and analyses to ensure budgets are used effectively.
• Take responsibility for coordinating marketing initiatives (create a marketing plan).
• Work closely with the Design Team to develop creative ads which improve campaign performance.
• Develop and present performance reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Analyse data and develop insights to improve campaign performance and provide recommendations for future campaigns.
• Identify new paid media channels and technologies.
• Mentor Junior Paid Media Specialists and support their development.

Requirements

• You have a good basic knowledge of ASO and have 1+ years of performance campaign management experience on networks such as Facebook, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and other performance marketing channels.
• You have a structured way of working and a good sense of time management.
• Our team and clients are international, so fluency in written and spoken German and English is important for this role.
• You possess rapid comprehension skills and a high level of commitment to tasks and responsibility.
