Overview

The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for the efficient and secure management of mailroom operations, ensuring timely delivery of packages and important documents to tenants and staff.

In Short

• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
• Process outgoing mail and courier deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of mail received and delivered.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized mailroom environment.
• Assist with administrative duties as assigned.
• May need to photocopy, scan, or fax documents.
• Must be able to lift and carry packages up to 25 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or administrative experience.
