The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the Maintenance department of a mixed-use office and retail complex, ensuring operational efficiency and environmental responsibility.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in facility management in commercial buildings.
• Possession of an FMA or equivalent property management certificate.
• Competent in health and safety legislation.
• Experience in budget preparation and management.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Knowledge of CMMS systems.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with green building rating systems.
• Ability to handle physical demands of the job.
