Building Maintenance Technician - Remote

Overview

The Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring the safety and functionality of the building systems at the Peel Memorial Health Centre.

Requirements

• BES I & II Certification required.
• BC Trade Qualification in relevant fields.
• 3+ years of experience as a Building Operator or Stationary Engineer.
• Experience in a healthcare facility preferred.
• Ability to obtain CPIC clearance and immunization.
• Technical training in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related fields.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to work extended hours during emergencies.
• Ability to work independently.
