The Director of Finance is a high-impact financial leader within Curana Health’s Corporate Finance team, driving strategic planning and operational financial excellence across a fast-growing, value-based care organization.

In Short

• Drive financial planning and operational excellence in a healthcare environment.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements.
• Lead annual financial forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Conduct monthly operational expense reporting and analysis.
• Support month-end close processes.
• Mentor a team of finance professionals.
• Oversee equity and debt financing processes.
• Manage treasury functions and cash flow forecasting.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.
• Communicate financial insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Advanced proficiency in Oracle, Hyperion, and SmartView.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
