• Detail-oriented Technical Writer needed to create and maintain Help Center content.
• Work closely with Product, Support, and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in technical documentation for SaaS.
• Ability to translate complex technical features into plain language.
• Experience working with product managers and engineers.
• Familiarity with tools like Zendesk Guide, Confluence, Notion.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage projects independently.
• Excellent written English and attention to detail.
