Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Engineering Operations or Service Management.
• Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks.
• Experience developing service management standards.
• Proven ability to analyze operational data.
• Proficiency with service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Experience developing training materials.
• Data-driven mindset with reporting capabilities.
• Experience in DevOps or agile environments.
• Certifications in ITIL, DevOps, Agile are a plus.
