Senior Business Systems Analyst - Professional Services - Remote

As a global leader in cybersecurity, CrowdStrike protects the people, processes and technologies that drive modern organizations. We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to join our GTM Applications team, responsible for aligning technology solutions with business needs.

In Short

• Work closely with business partners to align technology solutions with business needs.
• Design, manage, and improve FinancialForce and Salesforce systems.
• Implement business applications and influence design features for various teams.
• Define the scope of technical projects and facilitate SDLC and SOX reporting.
• Maintain a prioritized strategic roadmap for Salesforce.com and PSA projects.
• Drive adoption and alignment across the company’s business processes.
• Ensure data consistency and quality across the company.
• Use best practices to deliver scalable high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on requirements gathering and backlog management.
• Provide training and support for business applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (technical degree preferred).
• 7+ years of experience with SaaS business systems, including 3 years with Salesforce and FinancialForce.
• Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and a team player.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Salesforce.com certification and FinancialForce/Certinia certifications preferred.
• Experience with PSA concepts preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce.com platform and best practices.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically.
• Passion for creating a frictionless end user experience.
