• Design and lead the IT organization's OKR program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in IT operations, strategy, or business operations.
• Proven track record of implementing successful OKR programs.
• Strong experience in business performance management and metrics.
• Excellence in executive presentation and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority.
• Experience managing large-scale program operations.
