Overview

As an Infrastructure Optimization Engineer at CrowdStrike, you will focus on identifying and implementing operational improvements across on-premises data centers and multi-cloud environments, contributing to the mission of stopping breaches through advanced cybersecurity measures.

  • Participate in on-call rotation for incident response.
  • Take ownership of individual contributions with guidance.

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of software development and programming (Python, Go, Bash).
  • Experience with cloud and data center infrastructure concepts.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and SQL queries.
  • Ability to write scripts for automation and reporting.
  • Experience with Linux/Unix environments.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.
  • Understanding of containerization concepts (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional groups.
  • Must work with a distributed team in multiple time zones.
