Overview

As an A/V Engineer at CrowdStrike, you will play a vital role in building and supporting AV infrastructure that enhances collaboration within the organization.

In Short

• Maintain and operate collaboration spaces and video platforms.
• Monitor AV infrastructure and recommend improvements.
• Create and update AV documentation.
• Coordinate with AV service vendors for issue resolution.
• Support technical issues for Executive Briefing Centers.
• Troubleshoot AV system issues across various platforms.
• Provide operational insights for AV strategic roadmap.
• Participate in cross-team initiatives and projects.
• Engage in on-call rotation and occasional travel.
• Contribute to a collaborative and innovative environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years in AV engineering/implementation.
• Collaborative experience across multiple teams.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting AV hardware.
• Experience with video conferencing platforms.
• Knowledge of AV signal distribution methods.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle required.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.
• Occasional travel to data centers and offices.
