Associate Director - Finance Transformation, M&A Support - Remote

Overview

As an Associate Director in our Business Transformation practice, you will partner with private equity clients to lead M&A integration projects, ensuring value creation and seamless transitions.

• Lead M&A integration projects from planning through execution.
• Set up and manage the Integration Management Office (IMO).
• Develop and implement integration strategies.
• Create detailed integration plans with key milestones.
• Identify synergy opportunities across various operations.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Lead change management initiatives.
• Continuously refine integration processes.
• Support business transformation projects.
• Participate in talent acquisition and team development.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in M&A integration and project management.
• Proven track record with middle market private equity clients.
• Strong understanding of private equity transactions.
• Experience with agile methodologies.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of financial systems and data analytics tools.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, CSM preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% as needed.
