Systems Administrator - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated System Administrator to provide desktop IT support to internal users. In this role, you will collaborate with our IT and Engineering teams to resolve a range of issues, including security, networking, and application challenges.

In Short

• Provide comprehensive desktop support for internal users.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Administer and manage the company’s Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution.
• Offer support for company-specific applications.
• Administer and maintain Microsoft Active Directory.
• Educate internal users on hardware and software usage.
• Collaborate with external vendors for software issues.
• Troubleshoot and support network setup and issues.
• Contribute to network and company security evaluations.
• Participate in routing and resolving application-related support tickets.

Requirements

• Experience in desktop support and IT administration.
• Knowledge of MDM solutions and Active Directory.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software.
• Familiarity with network setup and security protocols.
• Ability to educate users on technology.
• Experience in managing service requests and trouble tickets.
• Understanding of business continuity and disaster recovery processes.
