Overview

Reid Accountants + Advisors is hiring an experienced Staff Accountant to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks including financial reporting, account reconciliations, and tax filings.

In Short

• Reconcile and review general ledger accounts.
• Communicate with the accounting team and management.
• Prepare reports for audit requirements.
• Maintain general ledger accounts and financial statements.
• Recommend process improvements.
• Assist with ad-hoc assignments and projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting (Required).
• CPA preferred or CPA candidate.
• 2-4 years of experience in a CPA firm.
• Experience with UltraTax CS and Microsoft Office Suite (Preferred).
• Experience with General Ledger write-ups.
• Experience in tax preparation for various entities.
