In Short

• Oversee all engineering responsibilities and activities
• Delegates engineering responsibilities within their team
• Leads the design and checking processes
• Manages day-to-day activities of schedule and design
• Directly trains and directs Electrical Engineers and Technicians
• Maintains design standards and training guidelines
• Coordinates and problem solves between design teams
• Answers technical questions from project managers and customers
• Performs bi-yearly evaluations on all employees
• Travels periodically to customer offices and job sites

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering is required
• PE license is required
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred
• Strong background in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microstation, and other applications is preferred
• Ability to perform duties safely on job sites
• Clean driving record required
• Desire for continued education and training
• Integrity and ethics in client relationships
