Overview

As the Social Media Marketing Manager at Creative Fabrica, you will be responsible for the creation and execution of the company's social media strategy, leading the promotion of the brand across various platforms.

• Oversee all social media platforms including Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, and Tiktok.
• Create and develop social media strategies to grow audience and enhance brand awareness.
• Manage the social media calendar and adjust content as necessary.
• Analyze social media performance metrics for future improvements.
• Conduct market and competitor research to stay updated on trends.
• Engage with partners and influencers for cross-promotion.
• Produce copy, graphics, and video content with the Creative Team.
• Monitor brand reputation on social media and address negative feedback.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align with business objectives.
• Lead and develop the social marketing team.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in similar positions and 6 years in social media.
• Proven experience in creating engaging strategies and growing social presence.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Ability to generate creative and engaging content.
• Experience with social media automation and insight software.
• Ability to perform competitive analysis and market research.
• Experience with budgets and goal setting.
• Excellent communication skills and analytical mindset.
• Managerial experience leading a team.
