Health Coach – GLP-1 Weight Management - Remote

Overview

The Health Coach will support patients undergoing GLP-1 treatment by conducting screenings, monitoring progress, and managing side effects in a clinical digital care setting.

In Short

• Conduct structured video consultations for pre-prescription screening.
• Monitor patients daily via a digital platform.
• Manage common GLP-1 side effects and provide guidance.
• Deliver structured lifestyle coaching alongside medication.
• Work closely with prescribing clinicians and participate in case reviews.
• Ensure accurate documentation and clinical governance.
• Accountable for patient engagement and satisfaction.
• Full-time (40 hours per week) preferred, open to 30 hours.
• Experience in telemedicine or CQC-regulated services is desirable.
• Must be a registered healthcare professional in the UK.

Requirements

• UK-based registered healthcare professional.
• Experience in obesity management or GLP-1 therapy.
• Comfortable with video consultations.
• Strong understanding of contraindications and side effect management.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Clear clinical judgement and escalation awareness.
• Training in motivational interviewing or behavioral change is a plus.
• Experience with structured clinical SOPs is beneficial.
• Familiarity with digital health platforms is a plus.
