Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) - Remote

Overview

The Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) will work closely with Fortune 500 customers to operationalize Coworked's Harmony AI Project Manager, addressing unique pain points and ensuring successful deployment.

In Short

• Lead pre-sales discovery sessions with PMOs and IT.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years in a customer-facing role.
• Solid technical project management experience.
• Familiarity with AI technologies.
• Knowledge of enterprise project management tools.
• Strong communication skills.
• Builder mindset and comfort with ambiguity.
• Basics of security and compliance.
• Experience in Fortune 500 environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with OAuth and SSO is beneficial.
• Exposure to AI agents in project workflows is advantageous.
