Senior Business Analyst - Insurance (Fully Remote)

Overview

As a Business Analyst at CoverGo, you will work with clients to identify business problems and develop analytical solutions, while supporting the digital transformation of the insurance industry.

In Short

• Work with clients to identify business problems
• Plan and design business processes and system modifications
• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Create test case scenarios for business applications
• Develop business requirements documents/user stories
• Support QA, UAT, and Release phases of projects
• Assist in project task time estimates
• Update process and procedural documentation
• Understand technical development cycles
• Work in a fully remote international team

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Degree in Business, IT, or relevant field
• Experience in the insurance industry
• Health Insurance-related domain certification is a plus
• Knowledge of business analysis concepts and Agile methodologies
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Technical writing skills are a plus
