Junior Accountant - Remote

Overview

As a Junior Accountant at CoverGo, you will support the accounting team in handling daily operations and maintaining accurate financial records, contributing to various accounting functions.

In Short

• Perform daily accounting tasks, including data entry and general ledger support
• Conduct bank and card reconciliations
• Prepare commercial invoices and follow up on payments
• Manage and issue VAT invoices
• Calculate and submit VAT, CIT, PIT, and other taxes
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Assist in audit preparation
• Support ad hoc accounting tasks
• Work collaboratively with internal teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proficiency in data entry and account reconciliation
• Knowledge of tax preparation and compliance
• Familiarity with audit processes
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Good command of English
