The Digital Insurance Project Manager will oversee and manage the implementation of projects within CoverGo's operations, leading transformative projects in the insurtech industry.

In Short

• Engage and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Lead project planning sessions with internal teams
• Support solution proposals for client pursuits
• Manage project progress and adapt work as required
• Ensure projects meet deadlines
• Host regular project reviews and create reports
• Identify and manage issues, risks, and dependencies
• Continuously optimize processes and approaches
• Oversee all project documentation
• Support the creation of contracts with clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• 5+ years experience as a Project Manager
• Insurance domain knowledge is a must
• Strong client-facing experience
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Experience seeing projects through full life cycle
• Able to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment
• Must be based in Canada and willing to work CET hours
