Requirements

• 3–5 years of commercial insurance experience, ideally within E&S lines.
• Active P&C license in good standing.
• Proven ability to manage high volumes of submissions.
• Strong experience with E&S and admitted carriers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Experience with CRM/AMS systems.
• Bonus: Experience in insurtech or a startup environment.
