Overview

The Salesforce Systems Lead will oversee and optimize the Salesforce ecosystem at Coursedog, driving integration and automation of business processes while ensuring data quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years as product owner of Salesforce for SaaS companies.
• Excellent knowledge of Salesforce best practices.
• Ability to manage data quality using various tools.
• Strong skills in building dashboards and reports.
• Experience leading projects with clear execution.
• Understanding of revenue operations and customer journey facilitation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (nice to have).
• Adept with APEX, SOQL, and related technologies (nice to have).
• Experience with Tableau for data management (nice to have).
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (nice to have).
