Integrations Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an innovative, self-starting, and critical-thinking team member to join our Integrations Engineering team, where you will be immersed in the development, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our Integrations Hub product.

In Short

• Own the Integrations Hub product and become an expert in integrations across different Student Information Systems (SISs).
• Drive expansion and maintenance of the admin tool used by data engineers, support experts, and customers.
• Collaborate with integrations and product engineers to implement changes compatible with existing components.
• Execute technical integration activities, including designing and developing integration brokers and frontend admin screens.
• Inform the product roadmap and direction based on client integration needs.
• Work as part of a cross-functional team to drive innovation in SIS integrations.
• Exhibit deep technical knowledge in REST APIs, scripting, and data manipulation.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Document all design decisions and technical knowledge thoroughly.
• Support a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Technical ability to write complex integrations with Node JS, Python, or similar.
• Experience with processing large data payloads and identifying trends.
• Ability to work in an unstructured environment and prioritize tasks.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
