Cosy Hauz A Ltd. is on the lookout for a detail-oriented and innovative Architectural Planner to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive architectural plans and ensuring that various projects comply with zoning laws and regulations while meeting client needs.

• Develop detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications for residential and commercial projects.
• Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project objectives and requirements.
• Conduct site analyses to evaluate existing conditions and constraints influencing project design.
• Ensure all designs adhere to local authorities’ regulations, zoning laws, and accessibility standards.
• Prepare and present planning proposals and reports to clients and regulatory bodies as needed.
• Assist in project management tasks by monitoring timelines, budgets, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and regulations within the industry.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Architectural Planner or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of zoning laws and building codes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in architectural design software.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant degree in Architecture or a related field.
